Rackers Wear® Warranty and Return Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee!

All Rackers Wear® products come with the 30-day satisfaction guarantee, in addition to our 3 months warranty against the defects in workmanship.

  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please notify us by email and ship the product back in its original unused condition within 30 days from the date of purchase, for full refund or exchange. Refund will be issued for full purchase price or new item will be mailed at no extra cost.

The item must be unworn and un-laundered, in its original packaging with all the tags attached, accompanied by the proof of purchase (receipt).

  If the product was defective when delivered, or the wrong item was shipped to you, please notify us by email or phone about the issue and we will email you a return shipping label or send a replacement free of charge. With items that were worn over one month, we use our discretion if the product could be repaired, exchanged or refunded. 

  In case the item you have received was damaged during the shipment (package was visibly torn or otherwise damaged) – please refuse the package and contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation.

Rackers Wear® 3-Months Limited Warranty

Rackers Wear® PANTS are made to last. We use only the best materials from top manufacturers, and we carefully inspect each product prior to shipping.

  Each pair is guaranteed to the original owner to be free of manufacturing defects for 3 months from the date of purchase. If the product fails in normal use during this time we will repair it or replace it – at our discretion.

Not covered under this policy are: normal wear and tear, mechanical damage (accidents) improper care and natural fading and breakdown of colors and materials over extended period of use.

 To make your warranty claim, please notify us by email about the issue so we can email you the return label and promptly mail the defective product to us with a brief description of the defect. We will contact you within 7 business days about the possible remedy.
