Rackers® Warranty and Return Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

All Rackers® products come with the 30-day satisfaction guarantee, in addition to our warranty against the defects in workmanship.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please notify us by e-mail or phone and return the product in its original unused condition within 30 days from the date of purchase, for full refund or exchange. Products returned after the 30-day period (as per mailing date) will be subjected to 25% restocking fee.

The item must be unworn and un-laundered, in its original packaging with all the tags attached, accompanied by the proof of purchase (receipt).

If the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped to you, please notify us by e-mail or phone and return it within 30 days and we’ll be happy to refund the purchase price and the cost of shipping it back to us, or we can exchange the item at no additional cost to you.

In case the item you have received was damaged during the shipment (package was visibly torn or otherwise damaged) –please refuse the package and contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation.

Rackers® 3-Months Limited Warranty

Rackers® PANTS are made to last. We use only the best materials from top manufacturers, and we carefully inspect each product prior to shipping.

Each pair is guaranteed to the original owner to be free of manufacturing defects for 3 months from the date of purchase. If the product fails in normal use during this time we will repair it or replace it – at our discretion.

Not covered under this policy are: normal wear and tear, mechanical damage (accidents) improper care and natural fading and breakdown of colors and materials over extended period of use.

To make your warranty claim, please send us the defective product with the proof of purchase (copy of the original receipt) and brief description of the defect. We will contact you within 7 business days about the possible remedy. Please note that Rackers LLC is not responsible for lost in-bound packages – insure your package accordingly.
